This was a super hot day in LA - I am used to working in the Chicago Summertime Heat when it's 90's and 110% humidity so this was no sweat off my back - literally!

The Shores of Lake Michigan with a bit of Vintage flare

Emily and Chad with all their friends had us crash the shores of Lake Michigan after the ceremony for a little pre-party before the BIG BASH! We had tons of fun with this happy couple.

The edit has a bit of Super 8 film for nostalgia mixed with the clean look of HD. Love this edit!

super cool couple - super cool love story

Had a great time in LA filming this love story for such a fun and unique couple. Allison & Bryan are the founders of a reality TV podcast - I'm not here to make friends. They started out as co-workers and ended up hitched.

Their Love Story premiered in front of 350 happy guests this past November.

A perfect day in Chicago, July 30th. Michelle and Mario tied the knot!

One fine day in San Diego, Myleen walked down the aisle. Carlo asked the question. She said, "I do", he did to.

We started off as just one of their vendors and now I am happy to say we are more than just the couple that filmed their wedding day. These two are some of the kindest and most fun people Mandie and I know and we are honored to call them our good friends.

All-Star Chicago Wedding "Pistons Style"

Wow - it's been a while since our last post - It's been a busy wedding season!

Here is our latest wedding film trailer. Will Bynum of the Detroit Pistons makes it back to his hometown to marry his sweetheart of 10 years.

It was an elegant yet low-key event held at the Trump Towers in Chicago.

Angela & Josh + Mini Marathon in Madison + Marriage = One Amazing Day!

Angela and Josh are unlike any couple I have ever met. Yes they are in Love and have all the couple qualities I would expect, but I discovered so much more. It was a true honor to be able to document their day.

Oldie but Goodie

Again, reminiscing about the days of old. A year and a few days ago we shot a Ukrainian wedding, and were surprised by one of their traditions, Kidnapping the Bride and holding her for ransom.

Well it's like a spin on the ol' dollar dance but with a bit more tension. The Bride gets kidnapped by her dad's best friend who call's the groom for ransom money. The groom begs the guests for enough cash to bring back the bride to the reception. The money goes to a good cause - the honeymoon fund.

Our first ever Feature Films - We have gone a long way since then

Now that I am getting the hang of this blogging thing, I figure it needs content. So I was reviewing the past 13 months mandie and I have been working together and pushing the limits of wedding cinematography. We have been doing this for much longer than 14 months but it has been 14 months since mandie has left her job to do this full time and 15 months for me. Thinking back to April 2010, this was our first ever Feature Film.



I will later post a much more recent Feature Film for comparison. Wow we have gone a long way!

not too bad

This blogging thing isn't as hard as it seems. google blogger is pretty easy and seamless - much better than wordpress and it's free unlike some of the others I have tried allready.

First Post EVER!!!

So after trying out many different blog designers - We will give good ol' google blogger a try. This is gonna be our debut post and we will even try to get a lil fancy pants with trying to link a video. Here goes nothing!
